I had a fantastic stay here! The location couldn't be better - just a short walk to all the downtown sights, including the famous Hirome market. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, even though we had a language barrier. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, like a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle.

I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Located close to a historic castle and shopping arcade, this hotel offers friendly and helpful staff, a public bath, and bike rental. Rooms have beautiful details, such as a small Japanese garden and mountain views. the bathroom is clean and modern, and the hotel serves a delicious breakfast. Though there are no microwaves, fridges in the room are useful.

The only negative is a language barrier; the staff’s English isn't excellent.

The location of the hotel was great for exploring the city, as it was within a short walking distance from important landmarks and shopping areas. the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the hotel facilities such as the laundry and bike rental were convenient.

We stayed during Christmas and enjoyed the festivities offered by the hotel, including a Christmas tree in the lobby. the location was great for exploring the nearby shopping arcade and castle. the hotel also provided bike rentals which we found to be a great way to get around the city.

The room was not as clean as expected with worn carpets and walls. the heating was not adequate for the colder temperatures and we had difficulty adjusting the temperature.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy with comfortable beds. The bike rental service was a great way to explore the city, and the hotel's location was perfect for visiting the local attractions and markets.

The hallway showed signs of wear and tear and could use some attention. Although the rooms were clean, there were some small maintenance issues such as a cracked sink and torn lampshade.
